Purpose: This randomized phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of cediranib maleate when given together with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin and to see how well it works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin together with cediranib maleate may kill more tumor cells.

Pembrolizumab With or Without Anetumab Ravtansine in Treating Patients With Mesothelin-Positive Pleural Mesothelioma
Purpose: This randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and how well pembrolizumab with or without anetumab ravtansine work in treating patients with mesothelin-positive pleural mesothelioma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as anetumab ravtansine and pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

A Study of BMS-986148 in Patients With Select Advanced Solid Tumors

Trial of Adcetris in CD30+ Malignant Mesothelioma
Purpose: The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin) can help to control mesothelioma. The safety of this drug will also be studied.
Safety Study of Enoblituzumab (MGA271) in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Refractory Cancer
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of enoblituzumab (MGA271) in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) when given to patients with B7-H3-expressing melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other B7-H3 expressing cancers. The study will also evaluate what is the highest dose of enoblituzumab that can be given safely when given with pembrolizumab. Assessments will also be done to see how the drug acts in the body (pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics) and to evaluate potential anti-tumor activity of MGA271 in combination with pembrolizumab.
Phase IB of Selinexor in Combination With Standard Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Malignancies
